The plant’s installed capacity is 1000 TPD (equivalent to a mill running at 50 TPH), primarily producing PPC within a closed circuit, utilizing a two-chamber ball mill. Additionally, it features a cutting-edge dynamic separator for precise control over cement fineness. Raw material intake into the mill is managed via weigh feeders. An electronic packer with a capacity of 80 TPH and 8 spouts is present for cement packaging.
All raw materials, including clinker, slag, and gypsum, are stored in covered yards, while fly ash is housed within a sealed silo. Bag filters are strategically installed at all transfer points to effectively manage dust emissions. Furthermore, the venting from the cement mill also undergoes filtration through a bag filter to mitigate dust emissions.
The plant is equipped with a cement silo boasting a storage capacity of 2000 MT.
Ramnagar
The plant’s capacity is 1000 TPD, specializing in the production of mainly PPC and PSC through a system of open circuit, utilizing three-chamber mills. These mills have a combined design capacity of 12.5 tph (2 mills) and one mill with a capacity of 25 tph. The intake of raw materials into the mills is efficiently managed using precision weigh feeders. Additionally, there is an electronic packer with a capacity of 50 TPH and 6 spouts dedicated to cement packaging.
All raw materials, including clinker, slag, and gypsum, are stored in enclosed yards, while fly ash is stored in a sealed silo. Bag filters are strategically positioned at transfer points to effectively control dust emissions. Moreover, the venting from the cement mill also undergoes filtration through a bag filter to manage dust emissions.
The plant is equipped with two cement silos, each boasting a storage capacity of 700 MT.
Raniganj
The plant’s operational capacity is set at 1000 TPD, primarily dedicated to the production of PPC, PSC, and composite cement within a closed circuit, employing a 2-chamber ball mill. To ensure precise material control, advanced weigh feeders are installed for the feeding of clinker, gypsum, and slag. Additionally, a cutting-edge dynamic separator is employed to finely regulate cement fineness.
To facilitate efficient packaging, an electronic packer with a capacity of 90 TPH and 8 spouts is utilized.
All raw materials, including clinker, slag, and gypsum, are stored in enclosed yards, while fly ash is stored in a sealed silo. Furthermore, a Slag drying plant has been installed to produce dry slag, thereby enhancing the quality of PSC and composite cement.

The plant boasts two cement silos with storage capacities of 1500 MT and 400 MT, respectively.
